2. Strict Refund Policy
All Transactions Final: All monetary contributions, roadmap funding allocations, project tips, digital storefront purchases, tier activations, and custom commissions are executed directly via our merchant processing pipelines and are 100% non-refundable.
By initializing a checkout sequence via our external Ko-Fi gateway, you acknowledge that you waive your right to dispute or request a refund for capital deployed to the campaign.
3. Content Moderation & Ledger Controls
We welcome community feedback, ledger notation, and interaction on public boards. However, you do not possess an unmitigated right to publish text assets on our server space. We reserve the absolute right—at our sole discretion and without prior notice, liability, or explanation—to completely wipe, hide, moderate, or permanently delete any comment, message, or user log that we flag as spam, malicious, toxic, abusive, or harmful to the community infrastructure.
